Put your business on autopilot
Walk into your board meeting with the packet already built
It keeps facts, opinions and open questions in separate sections, so the meeting stays on the real decision.

Your prompt
Fill in your details. Skip any you like.
ChatGPT opens with your prompt already typed in. It's copied too, just in case.
The prompt that gets copied
I serve on [YOUR GROUP, e.g. our school's parent committee] and we need to decide [THE DECISION, e.g. which fundraiser to run this spring] by [DECISION DEADLINE, e.g. March 15]. Use the files in [FOLDER NAME, e.g. Committee files] on my Google Drive: past minutes, proposals, feedback and our rules. Build a meeting packet with: 1. The exact question we need to answer. 2. Facts, each with its source. Label opinions as opinions. 3. 2 to 4 realistic options with costs, pros, cons and what each depends on. 4. Open questions we can't answer from the files. 5. An agenda that walks us to the decision in [MEETING LENGTH, e.g. 60 minutes]. 6. A minutes template with space for the vote. Represent dissenting views fairly. Don't recommend a final choice, and don't share or send anything.
For a nonprofit board, PTA or committee you serve on: share past minutes, proposals and rules, and ChatGPT Work builds a decision brief, options, an agenda and a minutes template. The group still decides.
Step by step
- Collect past minutes, the proposal, any feedback and the group's rules in one Google Drive folder.
- Connect Google Drive in ChatGPT under Customize, then Plugins.
- Paste the prompt in Work and point it to the folder.
- Check every citation and remove anything confidential before you share the packet.
What you'll get
A meeting-ready packet with the decision question, sourced facts, options, open questions, a timed agenda and a minutes template.
Work on web and mobile needs a paid ChatGPT plan. Keep private member details out of the files you share.
