Is Claude Code only for programmers?
No. That's the whole reason the Cowork tab exists. It puts Claude to work on your desktop, files, and everyday apps instead of on code. A coach, consultant, advisor, or course creator with zero technical background can use it to build real things from plain-English instructions.
Do I need to use the terminal or type commands?
No. You download the app, open it, type what you want in normal language, and click to approve. There's no terminal, no command line, and nothing to install beyond the app itself.
