Catch up on any project by listening to short audio episodes
Weeks of email threads and meeting chatter become a few short episodes, one per topic.
Published . Steps as of November 2026.
Can AI turn my project emails and meetings into a podcast to catch up?
Yes. Put the project's emails, Teams meetings and notes in a Copilot Workspace and ask for an Audio Overview, which now splits long overviews into topic episodes. As of October 2026 that needs a Microsoft 365 Copilot work license and reaches everyone in November. Without that license, paste the key emails into any chat with the same prompt and read the written catch-up instead.

Your prompt
Fill in your details. Skip any you like.
This AI can't be filled in from a link, so the button copies your prompt: paste it into the new chat.
The prompt that gets copied
I've been away from [PROJECT NAME, e.g. the Harbor Street rebrand] for [TIME AWAY, e.g. two weeks]. Using the emails, meeting notes and pages I've added, catch me up as short audio episodes, one per topic. For each topic: - What changed while I was gone - Decisions that were made, and who made them - Anything still waiting on me, with dates - One question I should ask the team Start with the topic that needs me most urgently. Keep each episode under 5 minutes and use plain words, not jargon. Don't fill gaps with guesses; if the sources don't say, say that.
