Put your business on autopilot
Get the follow-up email and to-dos ready after every client call
The recap email is already sitting in your drafts before you've closed the meeting tab.

Your prompt
Fill in your details. Skip any you like.
ChatGPT and Claude open with your prompt already typed in. Gemini can't be filled in from a link, so its button copies your prompt: paste it into the new chat.
The prompt that gets copied
Rewrite this follow-up email so it sounds like me and gets a clear yes. I'm [YOUR NAME] and I run [YOUR BUSINESS, e.g. Brightline Coaching]. The client is [CLIENT FIRST NAME]. Keep it under 150 words and warm but brief. Start with one line thanking them for something specific they shared on the call. Then list the decisions we made and who's doing what by when, as short bullets. Add the one thing I need from them next, with a date: [WHAT YOU NEED, e.g. signed agreement by Friday]. End with a single easy question they can answer in one line. Don't add anything we didn't discuss, and don't use buzzwords.
Turn on a Meet routine once and, after each call, Gemini drafts the follow-up email in Gmail and drops the action items into Google Tasks.
Step by step
- Turn on Take notes for me when your client call starts in Google Meet.
- Open the post-meeting screen when the call ends and find Routines for this meeting.
- Switch on the Gmail follow-up and the Google Tasks next steps, or set them for all your meetings.
- Open the draft in Gmail, paste the prompt below into Help me write to polish it, then send.
What you'll get
A draft follow-up email in your Gmail after each meeting, action items in Google Tasks, and a polished version that sounds like you.
