Recall exactly what you promised in any past client meeting
Weeks later, ask what you promised in Tuesday's call and get the answer from your own recording.

Your prompt
Fill in your details. Skip any you like.
ChatGPT opens with your prompt already typed in. It's copied too, just in case.
The prompt that gets copied
Look through my past recordings and their notes and answer this: [YOUR QUESTION, e.g. what I promised for the spring workshop]. Quote or closely paraphrase the relevant part and tell me which recording and date it came from. If more than one meeting touched on it, list each one in order so I can see how it changed. If nothing in my recordings covers it, say that plainly instead of guessing. Then draft a two-sentence follow-up email confirming the commitment.
Record calls and voice notes with the Record button in the ChatGPT Mac app. With Reference record history on, you can later ask what you promised, decided or quoted in any of them.
Step by step
- Get everyone's consent, then click Record at the bottom of any chat in the ChatGPT Mac app.
- Click the Stop icon, then Send, to get notes with a summary and action items.
