As of October 2026, tasks need Google AI Pro or Ultra and a personal Google account. If your Mac is on with the Gemini app open, you can start the same task from your phone. If your files already live in Google Drive, a regular task with Drive files works without the Mac app.

Go through the files in my connected folder for [YOUR BUSINESS, e.g. Tidewell Coaching]. Find the income, expenses and any marketing results for [TIME PERIOD, e.g. June]. Build a short report as a presentation and save it in this folder. Include: total income, total expenses and what's left, the three biggest costs, which offer or service brought in the most, and one chart comparing this period with the one before. Finish with three plain-English observations and two questions I should look into. Don't change, move or delete any existing files. If a number is unclear, flag it rather than guess.
