Watch the screen recording I attached. I'm showing how I [TASK NAME, e.g. send a new client's welcome email]. Turn it into a standard operating procedure for [WHO WILL USE IT, e.g. my new assistant]. Format: a one-line purpose, what you need before starting, then numbered steps with one action each and the video timestamp where it happens. Write decision points as 'If X, then Y.'
