Remember what you learn with one quiz question every morning
Each morning one question about last week's lesson shows up on your phone, and you answer it over coffee.
A sketch of what you'll get back.

ChatGPT opens with your prompt already typed in. It's copied too, just in case.
The prompt that gets copied
Every day at [TIME OF DAY, e.g. 7:30am], ask me one question to help me remember what I'm learning about [YOUR LEARNING TOPIC, e.g. the basics of bookkeeping]. Here are my notes on what I've covered so far: [YOUR NOTES OR KEY POINTS]. Rotate between three kinds of questions: a quick recall question, a question about using the idea in a real situation, and once a week a reflection question about what still feels fuzzy. Ask only one question, then wait. When I answer, tell me briefly what I got right, explain anything I missed in two or three sentences, and ask one short follow-up.
Set a daily scheduled task in ChatGPT that asks you one question about the course, book or skill you're learning. You answer in the chat and it explains anything you missed.
Step by step
- Open ChatGPT on your phone and paste the prompt below.
- Confirm the schedule when ChatGPT shows you the task.
- Allow notifications so the question reaches you each morning.
- Reply in that chat each day, and pause the task in Scheduled when you're done.
What you'll get
A daily question that arrives on its own, with quick feedback when you reply, so the material stays fresh for weeks.
Free plans allow a recurring task once a day with a flexible time window. Exact times need a paid plan.
