Every morning, search for new [HOME TYPE, e.g. 2-bedroom rentals] listed in [SEARCH AREA, e.g. the three neighborhoods I list] since your last run. Keep only listings at or under [MAX BUDGET, e.g. 2,400 a month] that have [YOUR MUST HAVES, e.g. parking, laundry, a yard]. Skip anything you already showed me in an earlier run. For each match, give me a table with the price, the area, the link, what it has from my list, what it's missing, and one thing that looks off (like a price far below similar homes, or no inside photos). Put the best three at the top. If nothing new fits, say so in one line. Never contact a landlord or agent, and never fill out a form.
