Your prompt
Fill in your details. Skip any you like.
This AI can't be filled in from a link, so the button copies your prompt: paste it into the new chat.
The prompt that gets copied
Using the meeting notes from my session with [CLIENT NAME, e.g. Maya] on [MEETING DATE], write a short follow-up email from me. Include a warm thank-you that mentions one specific thing they shared, a 3-bullet recap of what we decided, a clear list of next steps showing who's doing what and by when, and the date of our next session: [NEXT SESSION TIME, e.g. Tuesday at 10am]. Keep it under 180 words, friendly and plain, with no jargon. Leave out anything personal or sensitive they shared unless it's part of a next step. End with [YOUR SIGN-OFF, e.g. Talk soon, Dana].
Meeting a client in person? Tap Take notes in the Google Meet app, set the phone on the table, and Gemini creates a Google Doc with a summary, action items, and a full transcript afterward.

- Open the Google Meet app and tap Take notes on the home screen.
- Stop the audio capture when the meeting ends; Gemini emails you a link to the notes Doc.
- Paste the prompt into Gemini with the notes Doc to draft your follow-up.
