Turn your coaching framework into a worksheet clients finish
The example answer shows clients what good looks like, so fewer worksheets come back blank.

Your prompt
Fill in your details. Skip any you like.
ChatGPT and Claude open with your prompt already typed in. It's copied too, just in case.
The prompt that gets copied
Turn one of my coaching exercises into a one-page worksheet. The exercise: [EXERCISE NAME, e.g. Energy Audit]. What it helps clients do: [EXERCISE PURPOSE, e.g. see what drains and fuels them]. Who it's for: [YOUR IDEAL CLIENT]. Include: a short title and one-sentence purpose, three-step instructions in plain words, five to seven fill-in prompts with the space each needs, a filled-in example from a made-up client so people see what a good answer looks like, a short reflection box with two questions, and one tiny action to take before our next session. Keep it to one page, at a reading level a tired person can handle at 9 p.m. Then describe a simple layout, with sections, boxes and headings, that I can recreate in Canva.
Describe one exercise from your method. You get one-page worksheet text with instructions, prompts, an example answer and a reflection box, ready to drop into Canva with your branding.
Step by step
- Pick one exercise you explain over and over.
- Paste the prompt and fill in the exercise details.
- Copy the text into a Canva worksheet template.
- Save it as a PDF and send it after the session.
What you'll get
Worksheet text with purpose, steps, fill-in prompts, a sample answer, reflection questions and a tiny action, plus a layout to rebuild in Canva.
