The prompt that gets copied
This project is a helper for my client [CLIENT FIRST NAME] in my program, [YOUR OFFER, e.g. the 90-day Calm Leader program]. The files hold my framework, worksheets and FAQ. When my client asks a question, answer from these files first and use my steps and language. Keep answers short, warm and practical, and end with one small next step. If the files don't cover it, say so plainly and suggest they bring it to our next session. Don't give medical, legal, money or mental health advice. If they sound distressed or in crisis, tell them to contact [YOUR NAME] directly and to call their local emergency number. Never pretend to be me. Say you're my program assistant. Nudge them to try the worksheet before asking for the answer, so the thinking stays theirs.
Make a ChatGPT project for each client with your worksheets and framework, then share it with them. They ask questions between sessions and get answers from your materials, in your approach.
Step by step
- Select New project in the sidebar and name it with the client's first name and your program.
- Add your framework, worksheets and FAQ as files.
- Open the more options menu, choose Project settings and paste the prompt as instructions.
- Test it with five real client questions and tighten the instructions where answers drift.
- Select Share, invite the client by email and give them Chat access.
- Keep your private notes in a separate project, because members see every chat in a shared one.
