Polish a long Google Doc in place with edits you approve
Claude rewrites your summary inside the doc itself, and nothing changes until you click Apply.
A sketch of what you'll get back.
Your prompt
Fill in your details. Skip any you like.
Claude opens with your prompt already typed in. It's copied too, just in case.
The prompt that gets copied
Read this whole document. It's a [DOCUMENT TYPE, e.g. client proposal] for [YOUR IDEAL CLIENT, e.g. busy clinic owners]. Make it clearer and shorter without changing my meaning or my voice. Fix clunky sentences in place. Make every heading say what the section gives the reader. Show bigger rewrites as suggestions I can accept or skip, one passage at a time. Turn any list of next steps into a simple table with who, what and by when. Don't add claims, numbers or promises I didn't write. When you're done, tell me in three bullet points what you changed and why.
Open Claude right inside Google Docs and it tightens your writing where it sits. Bigger rewrites show up as suggestion cards you apply or dismiss.
Step by step

What you'll get
A cleaner, shorter Google Doc with sharper headings and a next-steps table, plus a short list of what changed and why.
