Find every page you need in thousands of pages of records
One person ran about 9,000 pages of their records through Gemini and cited the exact page and date for each item.

Your prompt
Fill in your details. Skip any you like.
Claude opens with your prompt already typed in. Gemini and Gemini Notebook can't be filled in from a link, so those buttons copy your prompt: paste it into the new chat.
The prompt that gets copied
I've uploaded [WHAT THE RECORDS ARE, e.g. six years of account statements]. I need everything related to [WHAT YOU NEED, e.g. payments to one contractor]. Go through every page and build an index table with these columns: date, page number, file name, a one-line summary of what the page says and a short exact quote. Sort it by date. After the table, list any gaps, like missing months or pages that were hard to read. Only include what's actually in the documents. If you aren't sure a page fits, put it in a separate maybe list instead of the main table.
Download your full records, like years of statements or a big case file, and upload them. Ask for an index of every mention of what you need, with dates and page numbers you can point to.
Step by step
- Download the full records as PDFs from the official site.
- Upload them to Gemini or a new Gemini Notebook.
- Paste the prompt with what you're looking for.
- Open each cited page to confirm it before you use it.
What you'll get
A date-sorted index with page numbers and quotes, so you can find the exact proof in minutes.
Gemini Notebook handles many large PDFs. Remove ID numbers you don't need before you upload.
