This project runs my group program, [PROGRAM NAME, e.g. the Leadership Circle], for [YOUR IDEAL CLIENT, e.g. first-time managers]. The files hold the curriculum, the weekly plan, a roster with first names and goals, and a transcript for every call, named by date. After each new transcript, give me four things. One: a warm recap for the whole group with three key ideas and this week's action step, in my usual format: [RECAP FORMAT, e.g. short intro, 3 bullets, one challenge]. Two: a plan for the next call that builds on what came up and stays on the curriculum. Three: a private list of members who seem stuck, have been quiet for two calls or are close to a win, with what they said last time and a one-line personal nudge I can send. Four: themes that keep coming back across calls. Use first names only, and never put one member's private details in the group recap.

Give your group program its own Claude Project with your curriculum and roster. After each call, add the transcript and get a group recap, next call's plan and who needs a personal nudge.

Step by step

  1. Click Projects, then + New Project, and name it after your group program.
  2. Add your curriculum, your week-by-week plan and a roster with first names and each person's goal.
  3. Click Set project instructions, paste the prompt and click Save instructions.
  4. Record each call with everyone's consent, then add the transcript as a file named by date.
  5. Start a chat after each call, ask for the recap pack and review it before you post it.
