Find the evergreen emails in your archive worth sending again
Years of old issues become a ready set of proven emails for subscribers who never saw them.
A sketch of what you'll get back.
Your prompt
Fill in your details. Skip any you like.
Claude and ChatGPT open with your prompt already typed in. Gemini can't be filled in from a link, so its button copies your prompt: paste it into the new chat.
The prompt that gets copied
I've uploaded my past newsletter issues about [YOUR NICHE, e.g. home organizing]. Sort every issue into up to 10 topic categories. Then flag the evergreen ones: emails that would still help someone today without big changes. For each evergreen email, give the title, the category, why it still works and anything that needs updating, like dates, prices, links or old offers. Rank the top 10 for someone who just joined my list, and suggest which five should go into a welcome series and in what order. Finally, list the topics I write about most and the topics I've never covered that my readers would likely want.
Upload your past newsletters and AI sorts them by topic, flags the ones that still hold up and suggests which to reuse in a welcome series for people who joined later.
Step by step
- Export your past emails from your email tool, or copy them into one document.
- Upload the file to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini with the prompt.
- Check each flagged email for dates, prices or offers that changed.
- Add the best five to your welcome series.
What you'll get
Your archive sorted by topic, a ranked list of evergreen emails with update notes and a suggested five-email welcome lineup.
