Hear how your deck lands before you present it
Two built-in skills review your whole deck's story and rewrite each slide title so it says the point.

How do I get feedback on my PowerPoint before I present it?
Use Copilot in PowerPoint's Explain this presentation skill to review your deck's story, audience fit and flow, then run Sharpen slide titles (both prebuilt skills as of September 2026). It needs a Microsoft 365 plan that includes Copilot in PowerPoint. For a sales or approval meeting, tell it who's in the room and what you want them to decide. For a training deck, ask it to check the order people learn things in instead.

The prompt that gets copied
I'm presenting this deck to [YOUR AUDIENCE, e.g. a hospital leadership team] to get [YOUR GOAL, e.g. approval for a 90-day pilot]. Using your review of the presentation, tell me in one sentence what a busy person in that room will think the deck is asking for. Then list the three slides most likely to lose them and why. Suggest a better slide order if the story jumps around. For each slide, give a title that states its point as a full sentence in under 10 words. Finish with the two questions this audience is most likely to ask that the deck doesn't answer yet. Be direct. I'd rather hear it from you than from them.
Run Copilot's ready-made Explain this presentation skill in PowerPoint to check your story, audience fit and flow, then let Sharpen slide titles rewrite weak titles.
Step by step
- Open your deck in PowerPoint and click Copilot
- Pick the Explain this presentation skill from the Copilot pane
- Paste the prompt so it judges the deck for your real audience
- Run the Sharpen slide titles skill and keep the titles you like
What you'll get
A frank read on your deck's story and flow, a better slide order, a sharper title for every slide, and two questions to prepare for.
