See your own coaching patterns in one session transcript
Many coaches find that some of their questions were really advice in disguise.
A sketch of what you'll get back.

Claude and ChatGPT open with your prompt already typed in. Gemini can't be filled in from a link, so its button copies your prompt: paste it into the new chat.
The prompt that gets copied
You're a supportive coaching mentor reviewing my session for my own development. Transcript, with identifying details removed: [SESSION TRANSCRIPT]. Please: 1. Estimate how much I talked compared with the client. 2. List my questions, sorted into open, closed, leading and advice in disguise, with examples. 3. Point to three moments the client had a shift or insight, and what I did just before each. 4. Point to three moments I could have gone deeper, and give a better question for each. 5. Note where I followed the client's agenda and where I took over. 6. Name one strength to keep and one habit to practice. Be kind and specific. This is reflection for me, not something to submit for a credential.
With your client's permission, paste a session transcript. You get your talk ratio, your questions sorted by type, moments you led the client and where you could have gone deeper.
Step by step
- Get your client's permission to record and review the session.
- Remove names and identifying details from the transcript.
- Paste it with the prompt and read the patterns, not just the counts.
- Pick one habit to practice in your next three sessions.
What you'll get
A mentor-style review with talk ratio, sorted questions, turning points, missed openings with better questions and one habit to practice.
Never submit an AI-reviewed session for a credential. Check your coaching body's rules first.
