Give clients a self-assessment that shows where they stand
Clients retake it near the end of the program and see their own before and after scores.

Your prompt

Claude and ChatGPT open with your prompt already typed in. Gemini can't be filled in from a link, so its button copies your prompt: paste it into the new chat.
The prompt that gets copied
Create a self-assessment for my coaching clients. Area: [COACHING AREA, e.g. work-life balance]. Clients: [YOUR IDEAL CLIENT]. Write 15 statements across three to five dimensions, each rated 1 to 5, from not like me to very like me. Mix in a few reverse-worded statements so people think before answering. Give a scoring guide per dimension and three result bands, each with a warm, plain-English description and one suggested focus. Don't diagnose anything or use clinical language. This is a reflection tool, not a test. Then build it as a simple interactive page: one statement at a time, a progress bar, and a results screen with scores per dimension and a short summary the client can copy and send to me.
Describe the area you coach. You get a 15-statement self-assessment with scoring, plain-English result bands and a clickable version you can share for intake or a progress check.
Step by step
- Paste the prompt with your coaching area and ideal client.
- Edit any statement that doesn't sound like you.
- Ask the AI to build the interactive page and test it once yourself.
- Send it before session one and again near the end.
What you'll get
A scored 15-statement self-assessment with result bands and a clickable version with live scoring and a results screen.
