The prompt that gets copied
I'm [YOUR NAME], a [YOUR NICHE] who helps [YOUR IDEAL CLIENT] with [YOUR OFFER]. Write a short, friendly message asking a happy client for a testimonial, followed by five specific questions that draw out concrete results. Cover where they were before we started, the doubt or fear they had about working with me, what we actually did that helped, what's different now with a number or example if possible, and what they'd tell a friend who's on the fence. Keep each question short and easy to answer. Then stop. When I paste the client's answers in my next message, turn them into a 60 to 90 word testimonial that keeps their words, adds nothing they didn't say, and ends with their first name and role.
Swap 'would you write a review?' for five questions about where clients started, what they doubted, what changed and what they'd tell a friend. Then turn the answers into a draft they approve.
Step by step
- Paste the prompt with your niche, offer and ideal client.
- Send the five questions to a happy client by email or form.
- Paste their answers back in to get a short testimonial draft.
- Send the draft for their approval before you use it anywhere.
What you'll get
A testimonial request with five results-focused questions, then a short testimonial draft built only from the client's own words.
