Study every line and build a reader profile, then package it as a Claude skill that loads whenever I write emails, posts, pages or offers. Include the problems they describe in their own words, what they'd tried before, what almost stopped them from buying, the moment they knew it worked, and the phrases that come up again and again. Rank each theme by how often it appears. Add a short list of words my readers never use, so drafts don't sound like marketing. Quote only lines that are really in the file, and mark anything you're guessing. Before you build the skill, show me the top five themes and ask if they match what I see with [YOUR OFFER, e.g. my 12-week coaching program].

Step by step

  1. Collect 20 to 50 testimonials, email replies, survey answers or DMs, with names and contact details removed.
  2. Paste them into one document.
  3. Turn on Code execution in Settings, then switch on skill-creator in Customize, then Skills.
  4. Open a new chat, attach the document, paste the prompt and answer Claude's questions.
  5. Fix anything in the profile that doesn't match the people you know, then save the skill.
  6. Add new replies every quarter and ask Claude to update the skill.
