Your prompt

Claude opens with your prompt already typed in. It's copied too, just in case.
The prompt that gets copied
Help me clean up my Gmail. Find emails I probably don't need: promotions from stores and brands, newsletters I haven't opened in [NUMBER OF MONTHS, e.g. 3] months or more, automated notifications like old shipping updates and past calendar reminders, and marketing emails from software companies. Don't touch emails from real people, anything with an attachment, or anything from [IMPORTANT SENDERS, e.g. my bank, my clients' domains]. Group what you find by sender with a count for each. Show me the list and wait. For senders I mark 'unsubscribe,' use the unsubscribe link. For ones I mark 'delete,' move them to trash. Don't delete or unsubscribe from anything I haven't approved.
Claude in Chrome works inside your logged-in Gmail. It finds promotions, stale newsletters, and old notifications, groups them by sender, and waits for your OK before it deletes or unsubscribes.
Step by step
