## Step by step

1. Select New project in the sidebar and add your offer docs, FAQs and a past email or two.
2. Open the more options menu, select Project settings and paste the prompt below as instructions.
3. Select Share, invite your helper by email and choose chat access or edit access.
4. Ask them to start every client task inside this project so ChatGPT uses the shared files.
