## Step by step

1. Ask your client if it's OK to take AI notes, and get a clear yes.
2. Open the Google Meet app and tap Take notes on the home screen.
3. Stop the audio capture when the meeting ends; Gemini emails you a link to the notes Doc.
4. Paste the prompt into Gemini with the notes Doc to draft your follow-up.
