## Step by step

1. Click Projects, then + New Project, and name it after your group program.
2. Add your curriculum, your week-by-week plan and a roster with first names and each person's goal.
3. Click Set project instructions, paste the prompt and click Save instructions.
4. Record each call with everyone's consent, then add the transcript as a file named by date.
5. Start a chat after each call, ask for the recap pack and review it before you post it.
