## Step by step

1. Select New project in the sidebar and name it with the client's first name and your program.
2. Add your framework, worksheets and FAQ as files.
3. Open the more options menu, choose Project settings and paste the prompt as instructions.
4. Test it with five real client questions and tighten the instructions where answers drift.
5. Select Share, invite the client by email and give them Chat access.
6. Keep your private notes in a separate project, because members see every chat in a shared one.
