1. Get everyone's consent, then click Record at the bottom of any chat in the ChatGPT Mac app.
2. Click the Stop icon, then Send, to get notes with a summary and action items.
3. Turn on Reference record history in Settings under Personalization.
4. Paste the prompt below into a new chat whenever you need to recall a meeting.
